Start up Algiers is back this week for its 4th edition in Algeria, will be held from 15th to 17th November 2012 at the National Computer engineering School (ESI) in Oued Smar (Algiers) according to the event’s organizers dedicated to “Entrepreneurship and innovating technology”.
The scientific club of ESI “CSE” which organizes for the fourth time the Start up Algiers says that subscriptions are opened until 15th November 2012 on the link below: http://algiers.startupweekend.org/tickets/.
At the beginning, participants can report alone or in a team, with or without ideas. Then, in afternoon, each candidate will have one minute to introduce its idea ”Pitch fire” . At the end of this journey, skilled teams will be selected through a vote between participants. Coaches will be at their disposal to help/lead their project. Before the competition-end on Saturday afternoon and after each team introduces its project during the weekend. The board will select three winner teams.
The concept is to “collect hundreds of persons who will create startups from the introduced ideas”. They will have 54 hours to set up and then present their startups in front of the board which is made up of on experts, business investors and journalists on Saturday afternoon.
“The best projects will be awarded” sum up the organizers. It should notice that a number of coaches will be at groups’ disposal for an individual or a general supervising during this weekend.
